There are so many experiences unique to WWII Online: I had a lot of fun in multi-crew tank battles where you drive from cover to cover and someone else takes the role of the turret gunner; or speeding to the front lines in the back of a truck under the stars, then jumping off into the foliage and creeping slowly into the enemy town; or ambushing approaching tanks from the top of the hill with your deployed AT gun. Even dive-bombing the enemy in your Stuka or jumping in your Spitfire to clear the skies of enemy bombers have a different feel to them than in other multiplayer sims which lack the huge ground war you are supporting. Above all, the vast complexity of situations that can arise (in part due to the vast and varied terrain) constantly challenges you to improve your tactics to deal with them, keeping things fresh and interesting.
